’Dangerous goods’
(Short description)

1. General information
This module offers the possibility to extend the master data of existing materials by dangerous goods specific characteristics. These can be maintained per material and mode of transport.
The module contains check tables and maintaining transactions.
This extension of the master data can be used for dangerous goods checks in the SAP documents order, delivery and shipment. Additionally, a function module determines the dangerous goods data of the materials of SD documents and offer them for further processing (printing, ...).

The maintenance of dangerous goods data is supported by the transaction create, change, display and delete. Additionally, a function for mass update exists.
The maintenance effort for the dangerous goods data of material with the same compound can be minimized in creation by using the collective description functionality.

- Check on CAO indicator
